Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Leaf to Wing game and the website leaftowing.com, made by Baha Barış Ercan ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the game you agree to them. If you got the game from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. If you got it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. If these terms conflict with the store's terms, the store's terms win.
1. Who can play
Leaf to Wing is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please read these terms with a parent or guardian.
2. Your license
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The game, its puzzles, artwork, sounds, code and name belong to us or our licensors, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. Fair play
Please don't copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the game; don't use it to build a competing product; and don't interfere with its ads, analytics or security. We may stop offering the game to anyone who breaks these rules.
4. Hints, gifts and ads
Hint credits and daily gifts are part of the game. They have no monetary value, can't be exchanged for money and can't be transferred. They are stored on your device and are lost if you delete the app or reset your progress. The game is free and shows ads. We may change how many hints a gift or an ad gives, how often ads appear, and other game balance at any time. If we ever offer in-app purchases, they will be processed by Apple or Google under their terms, and refunds are handled by them.
5. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information is collected and the choices you have.
6. Updates and availability
We may update, change or stop offering the game or any part of it. Some updates may be required to keep playing. We'll try to keep your progress, but we can't guarantee it across updates or devices.
7. No warranty
The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, including that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Some jurisdictions don't allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the game. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the game in the twelve months before the claim, if any. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep playing after an update, the new terms apply.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live, which still apply to you.
